Join Chef and our sommelier for an unforgettable evening of culinary artistry. This five-course prix fixe dinner pairs Lowcountry-inspired dishes with hand-selected wines from the Willamette Valley and South African Cape.

Each course is thoughtfully designed to complement the terroir and character of its paired wine, taking you on a journey from bright coastal whites to deep, soulful reds.

  • Amuse-bouche — She-Crab Bisque Shooter with Fino Sherry
  • First Course — Seared Diver Scallops, Hoppin' John Risotto
  • Second Course — Smoked Quail, Collard Green Pesto, Cornbread Crumble
  • Main Course — Braised Short Rib, Sweet Potato Puree, Pot Likker Jus
  • Dessert — Bourbon Pecan Tart, Vanilla Bean Chantilly
